Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted operational partner to the principal and family. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless coordination and exceptional service across multiple luxury residences, household teams, equestrian activities, travel, events, and ongoing projects. This role demands a leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, estate management, family offices, or similar service environments, who can bring a combination of business acumen, leadership, and a service mindset to the position. Key responsibilities include overseeing operations, maintaining service standards, leading and managing staff, establishing procedures, and ensuring the family's lifestyle operates with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have a strong background in managing complex operations, multiple properties, and high-performing service teams. They must possess exceptional organizational, operational, and personnel leadership skills, as well as strong financial acumen. The role requires an individual with outstanding communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities, who is also known for their executive presence, warmth, and discretion. While familiarity with equestrian communities is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement. The Chief of Staff will be expected to travel between the family's various residences as needed and must be prepared to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, and collaborative environment.
