Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will serve as a strategic business partner, providing leadership and oversight of all financial functions to ensure financial integrity, transparency, and long-term sustainability. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, treasury management, capital planning, internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of analyzing and communicating financial data, and will work closely with the senior management team to support informed decision-making. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-level finance role. Experience in the private club, hospitality, resort, residential community association, or luxury service industry is strongly preferred. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and an MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation is strongly preferred. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial team, leading the annual audit and budgeting processes, and ensuring that the company's financial practices align with its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership, financial mastery, and excellent communication skills, and will be adept at working with boards, committees, and governance structures.
