Vice President of Operations Greater West Palm Beach, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy, performance, and support for a franchise network. Responsibilities include developing strategies to grow and optimize the system, ensuring consistent and efficient operations, and improving service quality and profitability. The role also involves building relationships with franchisees, developing training programs, monitoring financial performance, reporting on results, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. The Vice President will coach business owners, promote best practices, and communicate initiatives to stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, at least 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required qualifications include proven experience managing and improving franchise operations in a multi-location business, strong knowledge of franchise systems and financials, and familiarity with franchise laws, industry trends, and compliance practices. Candidates should be able to interpret profit-and-loss statements and financial and legal documents, communicate effectively with senior leaders and public groups, and use common office and scheduling software. Experience in the signage industry is preferred.
