Vice President of Service & Spare Parts

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Service & Spare Parts to lead its global service organization. The role includes strategic and operational oversight of the service business, developing international after-sales operations, and improving service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing and developing regional leaders and international teams, optimizing processes and performance measures, and expanding modern service and maintenance approaches. The VP will also develop new service offerings and business models while collaborating closely with commercial, operational, product, and executive teams. Candidates should hold a completed degree in a technical or business field and have several years of leadership experience in an international service organization. Experience building and managing global service and after-sales operations is required, along with strong change-management skills, customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking. Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally are also required.
