Vice President, Quality & Compliance Greater Yakima, WA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality & Compliance to establish and manage its quality assurance system and lead organization-wide compliance efforts. The role oversees quality and compliance teams, develops risk assessments and self-assessment plans, coordinates audit readiness, and works with departments to investigate and resolve compliance issues. The VP will establish metrics and conduct internal audits to evaluate system effectiveness, strengthen consistency, and support client safety. The position also promotes transparency, accountability, confidentiality, and continuous improvement across the organization. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 7–10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet applications are essential. The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of earning the trust of executive and management teams.
