Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to build and lead its finance and operations function in a high-growth environment. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial analysis, accounting, audit, tax, and banking relationships, while establishing effective controls and reporting processes. Responsibilities also include preparing management and investor reports, overseeing corporate administration and back-office operations, and supporting HR administration and payroll. The CFO will develop performance metrics, improve operational efficiency, support commercial planning, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of finance experience in a small to mid-sized organization, ideally in technology, software, consulting, or another high-growth setting. A track record of building finance processes, reporting, forecasting, and operational frameworks is required, along with a hands-on approach and strong commercial judgment. Experience supporting pricing or business model development and familiarity with Swiss accounting, payroll, and corporate administration are also important. Excellent German and English communication skills are required.
