Head of High-Security Precious Metals Warehouse

The Company is seeking a Head of High-Security Precious Metals Warehouse to establish and manage the operations of a new secure facility. Responsibilities include creating and documenting processes, controls, handovers, and escalation procedures; overseeing goods receipt, storage, transfers, inventories, and stocktaking; and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records. The role is hands-on, including the physical handling of valuable assets, applying security controls, and resolving or escalating discrepancies. The successful candidate will also recruit and train a small team, coordinate with external service providers and inspection authorities, support audits and client visits, and continuously improve operations. Candidates should have several years of practical experience in a secure, controlled environment, such as a vault, cash center, secure warehouse, or high-value logistics operation. Experience handling valuable or traceable goods, managing inventories and discrepancies, and maintaining audit-ready documentation is required, along with a strong understanding of security procedures and documented controls. Team leadership experience and the ability to establish or improve operational processes are important. Very good German and good English are required; direct precious-metals experience is an advantage but not essential.
