Vice President, Strategic Ventures & AI

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Ventures and AI to identify, develop, and scale commercial opportunities beyond its established business. The role will turn emerging technologies, digital solutions, AI capabilities, and data assets into sustainable offerings for new markets and customer segments. Responsibilities include defining growth strategies and go-to-market plans, building strategic partnerships and customer accounts, and overseeing global commercialization. Working across strategy, commercial, product, and technical functions, the VP will also shape customer value propositions and improve operational performance. Candidates should hold a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, business, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. They should bring proven experience in business development, strategic growth, commercialization, innovation, or venture creation in an industrial, technology, engineering, or infrastructure environment. A track record of launching and scaling technology-enabled offerings, along with a strong understanding of digital technologies, data-driven solutions, and AI, is required. The role also calls for commercial expertise in pricing, negotiation, intellectual property, and go-to-market execution, as well as the ability to influence senior leaders, customers, and partners internationally. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
