The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Information Technology, to support strategic execution, executive governance, and organizational activities across its IT function. The role partners with senior IT leadership to translate priorities into actions, coordinate initiatives, and track progress, dependencies, and decisions. Responsibilities include preparing executive presentations and reports, coordinating leadership meetings and events, and overseeing IT communications. The position also supports organizational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, early-career talent programs, and initiatives related to learning, culture, and collaboration. Candidates should hold a university degree in business, economics, management, information technology, communications, or a related field, and have several years of relevant experience in a Chief of Staff, business management, strategy, governance, consulting, or similar role. Experience supporting senior executives in a complex, international organization and strong stakeholder-management skills are required. Applicants should be able to manage competing priorities independently, bring clarity to complex situations, and connect strategy with practical execution. Strong executive communication and presentation skills and fluency in English are essential; additional languages and experience in culturally diverse environments are advantageous.
