Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial management and provide strategic advice to senior leadership. Responsibilities include leading and developing the finance team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting, and managing cash, financial assets, banking relationships, and loans. The CFO will also oversee project costing, budget monitoring, profitability and return analyses, and financial planning for major projects. In addition, the role ensures legal, tax, and administrative compliance and drives process improvements and digitalization to strengthen efficiency. Candidates should hold a master’s degree in economics, finance, business engineering, or an equivalent field, and have 7–10 years of managerial finance experience, including team leadership. The role calls for strategic judgment alongside hands-on operational involvement, strong analytical ability, and a pragmatic, action-oriented approach. Clear, persuasive communication is essential when working with colleagues, senior leadership, and external partners.
