Vice President of Human Resources, APAC

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the business objectives across the APAC region. This includes managing talent acquisition, management, and retention initiatives to support organizational growth, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in multiple countries. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and managing HR budgets effectively.
