Vice President of Consumer Lending Remote (anywhere in Florida)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Consumer Lending to lead lending strategy, responsible portfolio growth, credit quality, financial performance, and the customer lending experience. The role oversees direct and indirect auto lending, unsecured lending, credit cards, and other assigned programs. Responsibilities include setting growth goals, assessing market conditions and lending economics, recommending pricing and underwriting policies, and monitoring production, profitability, service, and risk. The VP will lead the lending team, strengthen coaching and performance management, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, and collaborate across functions to improve service delivery and automation. Candidates should have at least seven years of progressive consumer lending experience, including three or more years in people leadership. Required expertise includes underwriting, portfolio analytics, pricing, credit risk, and regulatory expectations. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to guide teams and make data-informed decisions that support responsible lending outcomes.
