Senior Vice President, IT Project Manager

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology and transformation programmes. Responsibilities include setting programme governance, delivery roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans; managing risks, dependencies, and executive reporting; and coordinating business teams, technology teams, vendors, and external partners. The role will ensure initiatives meet agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations while improving delivery practices. It will also involve mentoring project managers, analysts, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams. Candidates should hold a degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline, and have extensive experience leading large-scale technology projects and transformation programmes in complex organizations. Demonstrated success managing multimillion-ringgit initiatives, knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, and experience in highly regulated environments are required. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills—including vendor and partner management—are essential. Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile are advantageous.
