Head of Human Capital

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Capital to lead its people strategy and align human capital priorities with organizational goals. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, as well as overseeing recruitment, employer branding, performance management, rewards, and employee experience. The role will foster an inclusive, values-driven culture and ensure effective HR governance, compliance, risk management, and data-informed decision-making. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the HR team, advancing digitalization, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Candidates should have at least 12 years of HR leadership experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry, with a record of leading strategic human capital initiatives. They should understand Shariah-aligned practices and be experienced in talent acquisition, succession and workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and digital HR innovation skills are required. Candidates should also bring financial and governance acumen, including experience managing HR budgets, supporting regulatory compliance, using data to guide decisions, and mitigating people-related risks.
