Head of Order-to-Cash

The Company is seeking a Head of Order-to-Cash to lead the end-to-end regional receivables function within a shared services environment. Responsibilities include overseeing collections, credit management, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer data governance, while driving service performance, operational controls, and KPI achievement. The role will lead process optimization, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives, and support regional projects, transitions, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing team and partner with business, commercial, customer, and finance stakeholders. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline, and have proven leadership experience in Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable, credit and collections, or shared services. Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Regional experience in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP platforms and a demonstrated record of leading operational improvements and change initiatives.
