Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational performance and translate strategic direction into effective plans and measurable results. The COO will oversee multiple operational functions, build and develop a high-performing leadership team, and establish clear accountability for organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating annual operations planning, developing KPIs and reporting tools, monitoring performance, and driving corrective action and continuous improvement. The role also involves advising executive leadership on operational performance, risks, staffing, and business priorities, while ensuring teams and resources are aligned to deliver results. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, at least five years of experience in the petroleum, fuel, or HVAC industry, and proven executive-level leadership experience. Strong skills in performance management, accountability systems, organization, and follow-through are required. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, work independently, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
