Industry Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Financial Services Remote (anywhere in Philippines)

The Company is seeking an Industry Chief Technology Officer to shape its technology vision for financial services across ASEAN and help customers turn business priorities into measurable outcomes. The role combines industry advisory, technical architecture, and commercial partnership: building trusted relationships with senior customer leaders, supporting strategic opportunities, and guiding enterprise transformation. The successful candidate will develop and communicate industry perspectives, represent customer needs in product planning, and collaborate with sales, engineering, product teams, and partners. They will also personally design and build customer-focused solutions, demonstrations, and AI prototypes, while advising on technology choices and competitive positioning. Candidates should bring deep financial services industry knowledge, familiarity with ASEAN markets and regulatory considerations, and a track record of leading large-scale transformation. They should have strong enterprise architecture skills and hands-on experience designing and building technology solutions, including AI, data, and integration capabilities. The role requires sustained C-level relationships, commercial judgment, clear communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into product recommendations and measurable business cases. Experience mentoring technical teams and influencing product direction is valuable; senior technical or advisory leadership experience in the industry or in serving its customers is preferred.
