Interim Vice President of Product

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead its product and engineering organization across multiple product tracks. The role will shape and execute the long-term AI-first product strategy while overseeing product management, engineering, design, data, and product marketing. Responsibilities include coaching leaders and teams, maintaining high standards for product quality and execution, facilitating executive strategy and quarterly OKR planning, and resolving cross-functional challenges. The VP will also improve organizational culture and processes and collaborate with senior leadership on company-wide initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams. They should have experience leading cross-functional organizations spanning areas such as design, data, and engineering, and a record of growing products and building new ones from inception. The role requires hands-on expertise in AI-first product development, including RAG, agentic AI, and AI evaluation, along with the ability to independently prototype AI products. Strong behavioral design, data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and company-level strategy skills are essential. Advanced English and fluent Russian are required.
