Vice President of Tech Expansion

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Tech Expansion to lead the global adoption and commercial growth of its technology ecosystem. The role involves setting expansion priorities, identifying markets and partners, and originating, negotiating, and closing major enterprise and government partnerships. The executive will coordinate internal teams and implementation partners to turn requirements into integrated solutions, oversee deployments, and develop repeatable products and playbooks that support future market entry. Responsibilities also include building and leading international teams, establishing performance frameworks, and representing the organization in strategic engagements with senior industry and government leaders. Candidates should have 12 or more years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech, telecommunications, or technology business development, including senior leadership experience. They should bring a strong understanding of emerging technologies and decentralized infrastructure, a record of closing major partnerships, and experience developing global go-to-market strategies and managing international teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional coordination skills are required, along with an entrepreneurial approach and experience working across regions and cultures. A degree in business, engineering, computer science, AI, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. Professional proficiency in three or more languages is an advantage.
