Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in the organization's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy in alignment with the company's growth ambitions, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team, and driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements, strengthening financial controls and risk management frameworks, and leading capital allocation decisions. The CFO will be a key player in supporting potential M&A and strategic growth opportunities, overseeing cash flow, funding strategy, and banking relationships, and building a high-performing finance function capable of scaling with the business. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should be qualified accountants with a minimum of 4 years' experience at the CFO or Finance Director level, preferably in a high-growth environment. The role requires a proven track record in business expansion, particularly in new geographies, and significant experience in a highly regulated environment. Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
