Trustee (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking a Treasurer/Trustee to contribute to its development and support the management of a diverse membership portfolio. The role includes helping ensure legal and regulatory compliance and advising the Board on the financial implications of strategic decisions. The Trustee will present financial information to the Board and work with relevant internal colleagues and an external independent examiner. Candidates should hold a professional accountancy qualification and have strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills are required, along with a customer- and membership-focused approach. An equestrian background is preferred but not essential.
