Chief Actuary

The Company is seeking a Chief Actuary to lead and advance its actuarial function. The role focuses on personal lines pricing and reserving, with commercial lines experience also valued. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, demonstrate strong leadership and communication, and guide the development of advanced modeling approaches and AI-enabled tools and processes for actuarial analysis. Candidates must hold the FCAS designation and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in personal lines pricing and reserving is required, along with a solid understanding of advanced modeling techniques. Commercial lines experience is an asset.
