Field Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Field Chief Information Security Officer to serve as a trusted security advisor to prospective and existing customers and partners. The role connects security leadership with go-to-market efforts, partnering with commercial and customer-facing teams to support pipeline growth, deal progression, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include leading executive briefings, architecture reviews, and risk assessments; engaging with senior security, technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders; and advising on market strategy and positioning. The Field CISO will also represent The Company in industry forums, contribute thought leadership, and build lasting relationships with security executives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of cybersecurity or technology leadership experience, including prior experience as a CISO or in an equivalent role. Strong knowledge of enterprise security, including cloud, identity, risk, and compliance, is required, along with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to executive audiences. Applicants should bring experience in high-trust, customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments. Experience in B2B software or security, regulated industries, and established relationships with security executives is preferred.
