Vice President of Finance Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its finance organization and drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role oversees corporate finance, property accounting, and shared services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury. Responsibilities include setting financial strategy and performance measures; leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close; strengthening controls and compliance; and improving cash management and working capital. The VP will also assess unit economics and profitability, identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes, and partner with executive and operational leaders to support business decisions and scalable growth. Candidates should have 10 or more years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial leadership experience, including leadership of a multifunctional finance organization. Required strengths include financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, financial modeling, unit economics, and advanced Excel and reporting skills. The role also calls for strong AI fluency, analytical and communication abilities, and experience developing teams and improving processes. Experience in property management, real estate, trust accounting, complex fee structures, or multi-entity operations is preferred; CPA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent professional qualification is also preferred.
