Chairman of the Board of Directors

The Company is seeking a Chair of the Executive Board to lead the development and implementation of its strategy and guide a complex healthcare service organization through growth, collaboration, digitalization, and innovation. The role involves building a cohesive executive board and strong leadership team, focusing on effective execution, and balancing medical quality, service delivery, and costs. The Chair will engage with clients, shareholders, employees, medical professionals, and healthcare partners, while navigating diverse organizational cultures and stakeholder interests. They will also advance collaboration and scaling to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and quality of services. Candidates should bring senior management experience in a complex, competitive stakeholder environment involving high-tech operations, and be able to oversee both business and operational matters. An academic level of thinking and work is required; a healthcare-related background is preferred, as is experience serving as a board member. Candidates should understand urban healthcare dynamics, demonstrate interest in innovation and service quality, and bring strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Experience with organizational integration or change, and familiarity with shareholder environments, are advantageous. The ideal leader is decisive, relationship-oriented, transparent, and able to build trust and productive partnerships.
