Member of the Supervisory Board, Business Operations Profile, Member of the Audit Committee

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board with a business operations profile, who will also serve on the Audit Committee. The board oversees organizational governance, advises executive leadership on strategic choices, and monitors risks affecting the organization’s mission and continuity. The member will contribute to oversight of financial continuity, quality, safety, and collaboration across the organization. They will also assess how business operations support the organization’s mission and core services, while maintaining an independent supervisory perspective. Candidates should have an academic level of work and thinking, extensive strategic experience, and an affinity with the organization’s social mission. Relevant expertise includes assessing complex business operations across human resources, technology, finance, and facilities, along with financial insight into budgets, results, risks, and continuity in publicly funded organizations. Knowledge of digitalization, information technology, and the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence is also sought. Strong analytical and strategic judgment, the ability to advise and challenge leadership constructively, and a collaborative approach are essential; prior executive or supervisory experience is not required.
