Vice President, Embedded Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Embedded Finance to lead its global embedded finance portfolio and strategy. The role is accountable for growing payments adoption, usage, revenue, and margin, while adapting plans to the payment systems and economics of different markets. Responsibilities include taking an insurance-related offering from concept to launch, identifying and commercializing new finance opportunities, and leading program managers with measurable targets. The VP will also build and manage partner relationships, use data to guide priorities, and communicate performance and market insights to executive leadership and the board. Candidates should bring 5–10 years of experience driving business outcomes through influence, along with direct accountability for a P&L or revenue and margin targets. Experience operating a payments or embedded payments business, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace environment, is important, as are hands-on knowledge of customer onboarding, identity verification, and usage growth. The role also calls for regulatory experience in payments or insurance-adjacent offerings, partner deal-making, and experience launching a new product line and working across multiple markets. Strong commercial judgment, clear communication, comfort with AI-enabled workflows, and the ability to lead across teams without direct authority are essential.
