Chief Growth Officer, Business Development

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive business development by building relationships with prospective government and private-sector customers and identifying new contract opportunities. Responsibilities include representing the organization at industry events and customer meetings, coordinating event participation, and developing marketing materials that communicate organizational capabilities. The role will track and report on business opportunities and pipeline progress, while working with executive and division leaders to align growth initiatives with organizational strategy. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Candidates should have significant business development or sales experience, ideally involving federal agencies, along with knowledge of government contracting and established relationships with decision-makers. Experience developing capability statements, proposals, and marketing materials is required, as are strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to obtain and maintain required access credentials are also needed.
