Managing Director, Data & AI Greater Baltimore, MD Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Data & AI to define and lead its North American AI industry solutions strategy. The role will shape a portfolio of industry-focused offerings, guide solutions from concept through commercialization, and identify market opportunities and client needs. The executive will partner with sales, industry, consulting, engineering, and alliance teams to support go-to-market efforts, strategic pursuits, and revenue growth. Responsibilities also include representing the organization in executive and industry forums, building relationships with analysts and technology partners, and leading cross-functional teams while mentoring solution leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with 15 or more years of relevant experience and at least eight years leading complex initiatives in matrixed organizations. They should have a record of launching and scaling technology-enabled or AI-driven solutions, with deep knowledge of AI, generative and agentic AI, data and analytics, cloud, and digital transformation. Strong executive communication, presentation, relationship-building, and strategic go-to-market skills are required, as is experience engaging senior clients and supporting major pursuits. A relevant master’s degree or MBA, analyst relations experience, and industry-focused portfolio leadership are preferred.
