Vice President of Corporate Human Resources & Talent

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and Talent to strengthen its HR infrastructure and support sustained growth. The role will develop and execute HR strategy, build scalable talent acquisition and workforce planning frameworks, and establish consistent performance, compliance, and operational standards. The leader will guide HR and recruiting teams, use workforce data to inform decisions, and partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities also include managing employment-law compliance and risk across a multi-state, multi-site organization. Candidates should be seasoned HR executives with demonstrated vice president-level experience and a record of leading multi-site, multi-state organizations with at least 500 employees. Significant experience in for-profit, service-based environments and scaling organizations is required, along with strong expertise in Oregon or California employment law.
