System Vice President, Talent

The Company is seeking a System Vice President of Talent to build a connected, system-wide approach to workforce planning and talent management. The executive will lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, development, succession, and internal mobility, aligning these functions around current and future workforce needs. Responsibilities include strengthening talent processes, improving visibility and consistency, and developing pathways for employees to join, grow, and advance. The role will also build on existing recruitment and retention initiatives and use external partnerships to support sustainable talent pipelines. Candidates should be experienced talent executives with a record of leading at scale, improving complex processes, and using data and technology to inform workforce decisions. The role calls for expertise across talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility. The successful candidate will be able to connect established programs into a cohesive talent capability and guide organization-wide change.
