Chief of Education, People & Compliance

The Company is seeking a Chief of Education, People & Compliance to provide executive oversight of service delivery and the teams responsible for pedagogy, people and culture, and quality and compliance. The role will strengthen enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, reporting, and organisational assurance. The successful candidate will build accountability and improve the systems, policies, and information flow connecting frontline operations, executive leadership, and the Board. They will also support sustainable growth while maintaining service quality, safety, and strong community relationships. Candidates should bring executive or senior leadership experience in complex, multi-site service delivery, ideally in a regulated environment. Strong expertise in governance, risk, and compliance is required, including the ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical frameworks and controls. The role also calls for sound people leadership, experience supporting workforce strategy and organisational change, and the ability to lead through functional leaders across a geographically dispersed organisation. A confident, pragmatic, and constructively challenging approach is essential.
