The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Operations, Exports to lead end-to-end trade finance and payment operations, ensuring strong customer service, stakeholder coordination, and effective risk controls. The role includes advising customers and product teams on trade and payment activities, maintaining service-level standards, reviewing transactions and pending items, and addressing customer concerns. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with applicable US regulations, sanctions, anti-money-laundering and anti-boycott requirements, while supporting audits and daily reconciliations. They will also identify process gaps, lead re-engineering and automation initiatives, and develop team capability through mentoring and cross-skilling. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. The role requires extensive trade finance experience, ideally 15–20 years, along with a thorough understanding of trade products, international practices, US regulatory requirements, and payment operations. CDCS, CITF, or CTFP certification is expected, as is familiarity with SWIFT message types and relevant operational systems. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in transformation, change management, and project automation.
