Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead the strategy, modernization, and global delivery of infrastructure and IT services. The role oversees hybrid and multi-cloud platforms, workplace technology, service management, resilience, security, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include simplifying and automating infrastructure, improving reliability and incident response, managing technology investments and vendors, and establishing executive performance measures. The leader will build a high-performing global organization and partner across business and technology teams to align services with enterprise priorities. They will also advance responsible AI-enabled operations, including automation, observability, troubleshooting, and employee support. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. At least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including responsibility for global infrastructure or enterprise technology services, is required. Applicants should bring deep knowledge of cloud and enterprise infrastructure, IT service management, security and compliance, and large-scale operational resilience. Experience with automation, AI-enabled workflows, budgets, vendors, and organizational leadership is essential. Strong executive communication and the ability to connect technical decisions to business value, risk, cost, and user experience are also required.
