Associate Vice President, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to develop and maintain enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions. The role will turn data from multiple sources into reliable insights that support strategic decisions, operational performance, customer growth, and project oversight. Responsibilities include defining KPIs with business teams, automating reporting, analyzing performance and customer trends, and ensuring data quality and reporting controls. The successful candidate will communicate findings and practical recommendations to leaders and business stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical training and experience, along with at least five years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, financial analysis, or enterprise reporting. Advanced hands-on skills in Power BI or a comparable platform, SQL, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and Excel are required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with CRM reporting, executive or project portfolio dashboards, data governance, reporting automation, Python or R, and ETL/ELT tools is an advantage.
