Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and serve as a strategic adviser to executive and academic leadership. The role will shape financial strategy, investment priorities, and long-term sustainability while improving reporting, planning, forecasting, and accountability. The CFO will build strong partnerships across the organization, develop a high-performing finance team, and provide oversight of major investments, infrastructure commitments, and financial resources. They will also lead the modernization of finance systems, processes, capabilities, and the operating model, using financial insight to support better organizational decisions. Candidates should bring senior finance leadership experience in a large, complex organization and a record of delivering finance transformation, technology enablement, and operating-model improvements. Strong strategic and commercial judgment, relevant tertiary and professional qualifications, and experience developing substantial teams are required. The role also calls for credibility with executive teams, boards, and governance stakeholders, along with clear communication, sound judgment, humility, and the ability to build trust across diverse groups. Higher education experience is welcome but not essential.
