Vice President of Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to oversee accounting across a complex, multi-entity real estate business. Responsibilities include managing general ledger, receivables, payables, debt, equity, intercompany accounts, treasury, banking, and cash flow activities. The role leads and develops accounting staff, ensures timely financial close and reporting under US GAAP, and analyzes operating results to provide actionable insights to leadership. The VP will also partner with operations on revenue accounting and procurement, support tax and audit processes, and help integrate accounting processes for new locations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least three years of director-level accounting experience; a master’s degree and/or CPA is preferred. Real estate industry experience is required, along with broad expertise across accounting operations, structured finance, and management reporting. Proficiency with office productivity tools and ERP or accounting database software is expected. Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and teamwork skills are important, as is the ability to improve processes and explain complex accounting matters clearly.
