The Company is seeking a Vice President to support healthcare investment banking engagements, primarily sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include preparing and overseeing financial models, marketing materials, and client presentations; analyzing historical and projected financial information; and conducting valuation, business due diligence, and other financial analyses. The role also involves supporting business development and transaction execution, maintaining relationships with clients and professional advisors, and supervising and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have at least six years of relevant investment banking experience, advanced accounting and finance knowledge, and an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record. Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities are required. Preferred qualifications include hands-on M&A experience, extensive financial modeling and valuation expertise, and experience with healthcare transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment are also important.
