Senior Vice President, Information Technology, Generation, Transmission & Distribution

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to define and execute technology strategy for generation, transmission, and distribution operations. The executive will lead technology platforms, digital capabilities, service delivery, and modernization initiatives, while ensuring technology investments support business priorities and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include advancing cybersecurity, reliability, operational excellence, and workforce enablement; overseeing technology portfolios and budgets; and partnering with business leaders on asset lifecycle management. The role also leads enterprise transformation, including technology integration for mergers and acquisitions, and builds a high-performing organization that fosters innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience in utility operations or another asset-intensive industry is required, along with success leading large technology organizations and enterprise digital transformations. Applicants should bring deep knowledge of utility operations, operational technology, asset management, engineering systems, data analytics, and modernization, as well as experience with grid modernization and emerging energy technologies. Strong business acumen, portfolio and budget leadership, executive communication, and change management skills are essential. Experience with AI, predictive analytics, digital twins, enterprise asset management, GIS, and technology integration for mergers and acquisitions is also sought.
