Head of College, Science, Engineering & Food Science

The Company is seeking a Head of College to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large, multidisciplinary academic community. The role includes contributing to collective institutional leadership, delivering strategic priorities, and ensuring strong performance across education, research, innovation, engagement, finance, and partnerships. The successful candidate will develop an inclusive, high-performing culture, manage resources and risk, and represent the College nationally and internationally. They will also build strategic relationships with industry and other external partners to advance shared opportunities. Candidates should bring strong academic credibility, sound judgement, and proven senior leadership experience in a complex higher-education environment. The role requires expertise in governance, financial and resource management, and the ability to lead collegially while balancing strategic ambition with operational accountability.
