Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nonprofit Development

The Company seeks a Chief Executive Officer to guide its strategic direction, strengthen financial sustainability, and advance its response to homelessness and poverty. The CEO will work with the board and staff to set priorities, improve organizational systems, and ensure high-quality delivery of supportive services. Responsibilities include leading fundraising and financial planning, strengthening partnerships across public and private sectors, and fostering a transparent, collaborative, and accountable culture. The CEO will also serve as a visible community ambassador, use outcomes and community needs to improve programs, and advance pathways to stable housing. The ideal candidate will bring executive leadership experience in a complex nonprofit or human services organization, along with demonstrated strategic planning and change-management skills. Strong fundraising, financial management, and budgeting experience are essential, as are the ability to build teams, communicate effectively, and work with a governing board and diverse community partners. Experience leading program growth, facilities planning, or organizational transitions is valued. Knowledge of homelessness, poverty, housing instability, or related services is preferred, alongside a respectful commitment to low-barrier, client-centered support.
