Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to develop and lead a unified operational strategy across its international manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include owning production strategy, capacity planning, and a group-wide sales and operations planning process; establishing clear principles for allocating capacity and orders; and building shared capabilities in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and production planning. The COO will improve sourcing, material flow, inventory, and logistics, while advancing lean practices, standardization, automation, and digitalization. The role also requires close collaboration with local leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational coordination and support reliable execution across sites. Candidates should bring substantial operational leadership experience in international manufacturing, with exposure to multiple production sites and a strong understanding of how sales, planning, production, procurement, and supply chain work together. Experience with capacity planning, sourcing, supplier management, and developing or implementing S&OP processes is important, along with commercial and financial acumen. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and able to build alignment and deliver results through influence across functions and geographies. Professional-level English is required.
