Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, operations, and planning. The role oversees financial policies, accounting standards, internal controls, audited reporting, budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance. The CFO leads long-range operating and capital planning, debt and financing strategy, and financial analysis, while advising senior leadership and the board on financial health and strategic priorities. Responsibilities also include oversight of facilities, real estate, risk and safety functions, advancing financial technology and analytics, and building a high-performing finance team. Candidates must hold a master’s degree and have progressively responsible leadership experience in budget and finance, including success managing complex budgets. They should bring comprehensive knowledge of financial principles and practices, sound judgment in complex situations, and experience managing, developing, and organizing teams. A Certified Public Accountant credential is preferred. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and change leadership skills are important for success.
