Member of the Supervisory Board

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board who will also serve on the Audit Committee. The appointee will oversee the organization’s overall direction, executive leadership, quality and safety, and financial management, while providing advice and serving as an independent, constructive sounding board. A key focus will be supporting financial continuity and long-term development amid sector changes, budget pressures, and significant property and investment needs. The role calls for balancing financial sustainability with service quality and the organization’s wider societal responsibilities. Candidates should have a solid financial education and extensive experience with complex financial and business matters, ideally from financial services or healthcare. Relevant expertise in property and investment, the ability to connect financial issues with operational and strategic priorities, and strong communication skills are required. Applicants should bring supervisory experience, sound judgment, independence, social awareness, and the ability to engage critically while maintaining appropriate distance. Affinity with healthcare and a connection to the relevant northern region are also sought.
