Member of the Executive Board

The Company is seeking a Member of the Executive Board to lead the portfolio of education, innovation, and digitalization. The role involves shaping strategy, advancing educational quality and innovation, and guiding organizational development and digital transformation. As part of a collegial executive team, the successful candidate will share responsibility for the organization’s overall strategy, services, and results, while building alignment across educational teams, support functions, students, employees, and external stakeholders. The executive will also represent the organization in regional and national networks and may take responsibility for an additional strategic area. Candidates should have an academic level of thinking and working, senior management experience in education within a large, complex organization, and preferably public-sector experience. Required capabilities include strategy development, cultural change, organizational development, innovation, and digitalization, along with a strong understanding of how technology and data affect future education. The role calls for transparent, collaborative leadership, sound judgment in complex political and administrative settings, and the ability to unite stakeholders with differing interests. A strong commitment to student development and education is essential.
