Member of the Executive Board

The Company is seeking a Member of the Executive Board to help guide the organization’s development and strengthen its position as an agile, future-ready education provider. Working collegially with the Board Chair, the successful candidate will shape governance, strategic direction, and collaboration across a diverse group of schools. They will connect educational priorities with operational management and societal needs, while leading organizational change and building cohesion across the organization. The role also involves engaging with regional partners and public-sector stakeholders, and making clear strategic choices that support educational quality and long-term sustainability. Candidates should have an academic level of thinking and working, managerial experience in a large, complex organization, and the ability to oversee diverse areas such as finance, strategic human resources, and external partnerships. Experience in innovation, organizational development, and change management is required; ultimate responsibility or knowledge in primary or secondary education is an advantage. Strong strategic judgment, financial insight, stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to unite autonomous teams are essential. The ideal candidate is a reflective, inspiring, and values-driven leader with an affinity for education and the ability to guide managers through change.
