Vice President of Pharmacy Spend Management Delivery

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Spend Management Delivery to provide strategic leadership for a team of pharmacy executives and ensure strong client engagement, satisfaction, and measurable program outcomes. Responsibilities include serving as a senior client contact, strengthening executive relationships, resolving issues, and driving renewals and growth. The role will guide pharmacy spend strategies, support savings and financial objectives, and align initiatives with client needs and organizational goals. It will also oversee team development and performance, partner across internal functions on implementations and business opportunities, and contribute to pricing, proposals, and program improvements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; a PharmD is preferred, and an advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA is strongly preferred. At least 10 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience and a record of leading client-facing teams are required. Applicants should bring expertise in pharmacy purchasing, contracting, spend management, procurement models, analytics, KPIs, savings methodologies, RFPs, pricing, and deal modeling. The role also calls for experience managing complex senior-level relationships, developing and coaching teams, improving operational processes, and communicating insights persuasively to executive audiences.
