Vice President, Transfer Agency, Trust & Securities Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead operations across transfer agency, trust, and securities services. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving reports, client confirmations, correspondence, payment instructions, and settlement arrangements. The role oversees transaction processing, account setup and maintenance, master data changes, and reporting configurations, ensuring appropriate controls and audit compliance. The successful candidate will manage client relationships and issue resolution, guide the operations team, and contribute to business initiatives, system enhancements, and regulatory projects. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, and have 8–10 years of experience in transfer agency, trust services, or investor services within a financial institution. Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, and AML/KYC requirements is expected. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication and interpersonal abilities are also required.
