Executive Director, Community Operations Greater Indianapolis, IN Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Community Operations to oversee the overall management and financial performance of a community. Responsibilities include developing and executing quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and working with marketing and sales teams to support occupancy growth. The Executive Director will provide hands-on supervision, mentor and motivate team members, and foster a collaborative environment focused on high-quality resident care. The role also calls for compassionate engagement with residents and families, promoting well-being, dignity, and meaningful experiences. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a healthcare leadership role; experience in assisted or supportive living is preferred.
