Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership, advance organizational growth, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The CFO will oversee financial operations across multiple hospitals and clinics, partnering with executive leadership to assess business and service-line opportunities, improve revenue and operational performance, and develop financing strategies. The role calls for balancing financial discipline with innovation and calculated risk while supporting long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will bring a collaborative, engaging leadership style and an understanding of independent rural healthcare. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required, and a master’s degree is preferred; CPA certification is highly preferred. Candidates must have at least five years of healthcare financial leadership experience, preferably in a rural or critical access hospital setting. Strong healthcare finance expertise, business acumen, and a growth-oriented approach are essential.
